We all remember the TV ads of Brian Kemp holding his double-barreled shotgun in his lap in 2018, as he told Georgians how he would fight to pass Constitutional Carry as governor.
And of course, GGO members remember very well that Brian Kemp signed the Georgia Gun Owners candidate survey, promising in writing to make Georgia the next Constitutional Carry state.
But Brian Kemp lied.
And While Kemp twiddles his thumbs, five more states joined the Constitutional Carry club this year! This means that in a stunning twenty-one states, gun owners can carry a gun without needing government permission or adding their name to a database.
DEMAND ACTION ON CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY LAW!
Let that sink in. The governors of five states — Utah, Montana, Iowa, Tennessee, and Texas — made passing Constitutional Carry a top priority for gun owners this year and they got it done!
Now, with Constitutional Carry in the rearview mirror, gun owners in these states are aggressively working to pass the Second Amendment Preservation Act, which would nullify the impact of federal gun control in their states.
Any way you look at it, Georgia is getting left behind because Brian Kemp clearly sees our Second Amendment freedoms as a campaign talking point, not something to fight for!
But with the 2022 session already on the horizon, insiders are telling Georgia Gun Owners that Kemp and his handlers know that this is their last chance to deliver for gun owners, before facing them at the ballot box.
That means that if gun owners crank up the heat, 2022 may be the year that we finally make Georgia a Constitutional Carry state! So please sign your petition below!
DEMAND ACTION ON CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY LAW!
Constitutional Carry would simply allow law abiding Georgians to carry a firearm for self-defense without having to first beg permission from the State of Georgia or add your name to a government database.
To be clear, this legislation would not change Georgia’s current ‘Shall Issue’ law and so if you want to keep your concealed carry permit, you could do so. But you wouldn’t be forced to anymore.
Of course, despite what the gun-grabbers in Atlanta and the media would have you believe, this bill would not allow criminals to legally own or carry firearms.
It would simply restore the Second Amendment rights of millions of Georgians, rights that should never have been subject to a permit, fees, and government mandates applications in the first place.
But for this to happen, Brian Kemp needs to keep his promise and demand that the legislature put this bill on his desk!
DEMAND ACTION ON CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY LAW!
Enough is enough!
Gun owners are the only reason why the Georgia legislature has stayed ‘red’ as long as it has. We’re the only reason Big Stacey isn’t in the Governor’s mansion right now. And we’re the only reason why Brian Kemp got passed his primary in the first place!
So it’s time to get loud, and demand action on this legislation from Governor Kemp and the politicians who represent you in Atlanta.
So after you sign you petition, please make an urgent donation to help Georgia Gun Owners FIGHT to make Constitutional Carry a reality here!
Georgia Gun Owners will never stop fighting for Constitutional Carry until this battle is won. But we need your help to maintain this fight.

P.S. Brian Kemp promised gun owners that he would fight for Constitutional Carry law. But Brian lied.
Now, twenty-one states have enacted Constitutional Carry and are moving on to the Second Amendment Preservation Act while Georgians are still being forced to put our names into a government database to be able to carry a firearm for self-defense!
This is totally unacceptable! If you agree, please sign your petition today, telling Brian Kemp and the politicians here in Atlanta that you expect action on Constitutional Carry!
