Everyone knows that ‘Red Flag’ laws are unconstitutional in that they allow a liberal judge to order the seizure of our firearms before we’ve even been charged with a crime. It’s the opposite of ‘innocent until proven guilty.’
GGO has stopped ‘Red Flag’ laws repeatedly, over the years. But given the size of our GOP majorities in Atlanta, it’s time to put an end to this by banning ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ for good!
Thankfully, Wyoming has already done that in 2024. All Georgia has to do is follow suit.
Rep Charlice Byrd and Senator Colton Moore have filed legislation to get rid of ‘Red Flag’ laws in Georgia, but we need to pour grassroots pressure into the legislature!
