It’s go time in the fight for freedom!

The 2024 legislative session just kicked off here in Atlanta and with it, our fight to defend and expand the Second Amendment is going into high gear!

Gun owners have accomplished a lot over the last few years, passing Constitutional Carry, crushing Stacey Abrams, and more.

But given what we are facing, this session may be even bigger in terms of our right to keep and bear arms.

Our primary focus must be to STOP ALL GUN CONTROL DEAD IN ITS TRACKS!

Currently, there are over 10 active gun control bills filed in the Georgia legislature, everything from banning AR-15s, Universal Background Checks, and Repealing Constitutional Carry.

But the biggest threat is likely to be a push for ‘Red Flag’ gun seizures here in Georgia.

God forbid there’s a tragic shooting here in Georgia by a Radical Leftist — like in Nashville this past summer — but if there were, you can bet we’d see weak Republicans standing with the Radical Left in passing ‘Red Flag’ gun seizures.

We absolutely must crush HB-584, and make sure it never gets a hearing.

In the same vein, we’re putting everything we have into passing the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA), which prevents Joe Biden from using Georgia cops to enforce his Executive Orders attacking our gun rights.

But that’s not all.

GGO is also leading an offensive program to enhance our Stand-Your-Ground law in our state!

Passing these bills would truly make Georgia the best state in the nation for gun owners and our precious Second Amendment!
