But when these committees convened today, neither the House nor Senate Rules Committees took action on Constitutional Carry. And when we confronted Rules Chairman Jeff Mullis, he played dumb.

As you just heard in the video, the longer the legislature runs it down to the wire, the more power they give the Speaker of the House to add harmful amendments to this bill!
