Gear up, because the legislative session kicks off on January 13, and it’s gonna be a wild ride.
The Democrats, led by Rep. Michelle Au and her cronies, are sharpening their knives to come for your guns.
- They’re pushing hard for due process shredding ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ law, where they can just swoop in and take your firearms without ever being charged with a crime!
But that’s not all.
- They want to ban our AR-15s and 30-round magazines, because they know that they can never rule over an armed population. This bill is coming back.
a - They’re also cooking up waiting periods, making you wait days just to get your hands on a firearm, like you’re some kind of criminal.
- And don’t even get me started on their “Safe Storage” laws – that just make it harder for you and me to defend ourselves when seconds count!
Meanwhile, we at Georgia Gun Owners aren’t sitting back.
We’re in the fight, working hard to get the Second Amendment Preservation Act passed. This is our line in the sand against federal overreach into our gun rights.
And we’re also pushing to enhance our Stand-Your-Ground law, because our current law is weak, and with Soros-backed prosecutors in Georgia, we need to batten down the hatches!
You all know the power we showed on November 5 with our election victory.
Now, it’s time to turn that into legislative victories. We can’t let our guard down. Those Democrats are relentless, and they’re counting on us to be complacent.
But we won’t give them an inch.

Get active, make some noise, and let your representatives know where you stand. We need every one of you to fight back against this assault on our freedoms.
The time to act is now, before they chip away at everything we hold dear.
