💥 GGO’s Bill Filed to Ban ‘Red Flags’ in Georgia!

I wanted you to hear this right away: we’ve just filed bills in the House and Senate to ban the enforcement of ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ here in Georgia forever!

We all know how awful ‘Red Flags’ are.

They allow people who don’t like you to call you in and claim you are dangerous, then empower judges to order the confiscation of your firearms before you’ve even been charged with a crime.

We’ve stopped these before, and we’ll keep doing that.

But it’s time to go beyond defense, we need to go on offense and that’s exactly what HB-120 would do. Specifically, it would:

  1. Make it a crime to enforce any gun seizure order on a Georgian unless they are convicted of a violent felony crime first.
  2. Ensure that ATL and Savannah comply with this by creating a civil penalty that allows gun owners to sue agencies and cities that violate this law, in civil court.

Specifically states that if a future Democratic Congress passed federal ‘Red Flag’ laws, Georgia cops shall not enforce them.

COSPONSOR HB-120 NOW!

(Rep. Charlice Byrd and Rep. Noelle Kahaian are our lead bill sponsors on this legislation)

To thank Representatives Byrd and Kahaian for sponsoring HB-120, you can call them at the numbers below.

Georgia is a pro-gun state. You and I made it that way. But the legislature has not passed a gun bill in almost four years. This is ridiculous given all gun owners have done for them at election time.

Make sure you sign your petition demanding action on these bills. And after you do, please donate so we can spread the word!

COSPONSOR HB-120 NOW!

Thank you for standing with us and the Second Amendment!

We’ll have updates on this (and other bills) soon.
